Refund/return Policy

To qualify for a refund, your book must be in its original condition. Any books that are damaged, show signs of wear, or have marks/writing (including those that have been signed or contain inscriptions) are ineligible for a refund.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by sending an email to info@suikopress.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that you include the subject title “Refund request: Delivery date <your delivery date>,” and in the body of the email, the reason for requesting a refund, and a copy of your original purchase invoice. Failure to provide a reason for requesting a refund will result in an automatic decline. Upon receiving your email, we will review your request and provide a refund decision within five business days. Any requests received outside of the 15 day request period will not be eligible for a refund.

If your request is approved we will issue a refund for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes (shipping charges are not refundable) to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned book. You will be responsible for safely packing the returned book and any associated shipping fees. Upon receiving your returned book, we will examine its condition. If the book is found to be damaged or shows signs of wear, your refund approval will be revoked.

Should your book arrive damaged from the shipping process, or contain defects in workmanship, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost. Send an email to info@suikopress.com within 15 days of delivery with the subject line “Damaged on delivery: Delivery date <your delivery date>,” and in the body of the email, photos of the book damage (include photos of the packaging material), and a copy of your original purchase invoice. Within 5 business days of receiving your email, we will send your replacement book to the original shipping address.
