New Community

And so it begins

Do you want more detail around topics offered within our book? Are you ready to deepen your understanding of satsuki azaleas? If so, read on.

We are creating a community focused on satsuki azaleas, designed to examine the concepts presented in our book in more detail. Because of the limitations encountered in publishing a physical book, useful information or details may get culled out due to space constraints or cost concerns. The forum we are developing will overcome that limitation. As the community grows, we intend to introduce additional functionality and tools designed to further your satsuki knowledge and understanding.

Membership is by invitation only. We wish to maintain a community frequented by people that want to belong. This will be a place where we will all treat each other with respect and empathy. It will also be a place where we share information generously devoid of ill-intent.

While no fees are associated with the community, there are two requirements to satisfy:

Provide the date when you purchased our book “Satsuki Azalea Bonsai: A Fundamental Study.” With this, we can verify your transaction.
Write a review/observation of our book that will be useful for someone with no knowledge of the book and provide consent to display your name (only your name) with the review. Examples of unacceptable reviews are “Get this book. It’s great!” or, “Do not purchase this book. It is awful.” Your review does not need to be a novel, but should provide enough perspective to be helpful for the uninitiated.

We will provide our reasoning for these requirements to those invited into this community.

Finally, we are planning a follow-up book that will present advanced techniques and concepts for satsuki bonsai. Taking part in the community will offer members an opportunity to provide input, helping to shape what the next book will be.
